Pacific PowerBoat is a bi-monthly magazine targeting powerboats from 3m to 30 metres, from trailerboats to motor yachts and cruisers. This high gloss publication features boat reviews, new products, destinations and technical articles – all 100% power boat focused. Each issue includes a second stand-alone magazine, targeting a specific sector of the marine market. IGUANA COMMUTER • While Kiwis and Australians are very familiar with amphibious boats, such as Sealegs, and boats using Orion and Tectrax systems, the French built Iguana range of amphibious boats is very different. The Iguana Commuter is the largest model in the Classic line and was on display at the recent SCIBS. The big difference is the wheels have been replaced with a track system that folds up out of sight when the boat is on the water.

THE TRAVEL BUG & SHOWS RETURN • May and June were super busy, with two boat shows and four overseas trips. It was great to see the borders open again, and while I seemed to spend half the time filling in forms and getting RAT tests, it was worth it.

2022 SCIBS DELIVERS • The 33rd annual Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show (SCIBS) has upped the ante again, cruising into another successful year with outstanding attendance and sales.
