The TAG Turbo 930 BY LANZANTE • In the 1980s, Porsche used a 930 Turbo body as a running prototype for its Formula 1 engine. A mule was built, but never developed and, because strictly speaking it was McLaren’s property, it was duly returned to McLaren’s Woking base at the end of the contract.
