EDITOR’S LETTER

NOW I’M IN IT • The creative minds behind our Legacy issue muse on nostalgia, timeless fashion, and the things they’d like to be remembered for.

ANNA ROBINSON • I hadn’t realised until it happened because I never dared to dream so big … I have always wanted to travel outside of Australia … it’s so interesting to reflect on this year and the way in which everything unfolded with such ease … it was only last year I decided to start taking modelling more seriously … I’m trying not to get too attached to one outcome and just be grateful for everything that has happened and for what is still to come.

AKON CHANGKOU • Right now, I’m very content … I’m trying to be more grateful and to be proud of all of my accomplishments … I’m hoping to start living more purposefully … and I’m leaving behind control and I’m letting go … I want to work with people who align with that spirit … Channeling a bold, creative, and authentic energy that speaks to my roots and values.

Feel the rush.

OUR PEOPLE • Indigenous rap collective 3% are alchemising the poisons of pain and prejudice into the medicine of music.

RECORDS • Stories of old and future classics, these are the records whose creators embrace their sparkling pasts, but hold even brighter futures.

IT’S MY NAME ON THEY LIPS • For First Nations rapper, singer, and songwriter Miss Kaninna, the stage is a platform to express, to subvert, and to speak her truth. And she wants the beat to land as hard as the message.

SHE DANCES ON MY TONGUE

IS THIS IT? • In a world where youth is both cherished and chased, how do we learn to embrace the lines of time, the marks of a life well-lived, without fear or the need to erase?

NOTES ON BEAUTY • Collected reflections on the tender moments where beauty lingers – silent, sacred, and entirely their own.
