Cookbook Club • Kwame Onwuachi! I’m his biggest fan. He’s a James Beard Award-winning chef, author, and Top Chef contestant-turned-judge. He even has his own nail polish collab. His first cookbook, My America: Recipes From a Young Black Chef ($32), came out in May. For this edition of Cookbook Club, I thought it would be fun to learn which cookbooks have inspired Kwame on his culinary journey. I hope they inspire you, too!
