Picot Cutting - Create a 3D parchment feather • In this month’s workshop Lesley looks at how to create a 3D feather from parchment paper in a technique known as picot cutting.
Pretty petals • Pat explains how to create this stunning floral card combining traditional parchment techniques with a pretty a hand-painted finish.
Autumn leaves • These bright and crisp leaves are first coloured with a polychromos pencil which is smoothed out with a blending medium. As well as giving a base colour for the leaves it helps to protect the parchment from the small amount of water used with the acrylic paints.
Whitework magnolia • Follow Mary’s steps to perfect your whitework skills and create this magnificent magnolia card.
Autumn splendour • Kay uses the Faber-Castell polychromos pencils to bring the rich colours of Autumn to life with this card
