Wild brew • It may feel like we’re still in the grips of winter, but fresh shoots are starting to appear. Nettles are easy to identify and make for a delicious brew that’s rich in nutrients. Using gloves, pick the tips and steep in a cup of boiling water for five minutes or so. For a more intense flavour, dry them first and use one teaspoon per cup.
