Staying motivated till the end • At what is the halfway point for most Walk1200km participants, Wilderness spoke to two people undertaking great feats of endurance, to find out what motivates them and what lessons we can apply to our own challenges.

What motivates you? • Short days mean less time to get out and do your thing – and sometimes motivation flags. We asked Walk1200km participants what gets them going: is it goals they want to reach for themselves, for others, or both?
