Martin Hadland remembers… • The original creator of the MG Turbo Mini told MiniWorld how it came about: “The car was originally built for my wife to use as her daily, to replace the first ‘MG Mini’ that I’d made – a Clubman with an MG Metro engine and gearbox. She worked for Halfords in service reception, and the car always drew attention on the car park.”
