RED ARMY THE 2024 GASGAS UNITED IN DIRT OFF-ROAD LAUNCH • Underneath the vibrant red bodywork of the 2024 GASGAS range of enduro and motocross machines, there are new frames, subframes, motors, brakes and electrics — major updates that equate to impressive performance out of the box. I quickly found this out aft er riding the 11 dirtbikes on offer recently at Chucky Sanders’ freshly built enduro and motocross track, located at his parents’ apple orchard property in Three Bridges, Victoria.

LET'S GET SIDEWAY • There's a new fl at track series in town and it's called the Aussie Flat Track Nationals. Run over six rounds, its aim is to provide a platform with a fresh format that provides fl at track racers more laps to build their conditioning and hone their racecraft on a bike setup similar to what you'd fi nd in Europe and America. To fi nd out more about the AFTN and the pathway it's providing for up-and-coming Aussie riders, we talked to event promoter Dave Maddock.
