Vintage Christmas QUILT • T’was the night before Christmas, and all through the house not a creature was stirring …

Onwards DRAWSTRING POUCH • Hexagons can be taken anywhere and be sewn by hand. Use up some of your leftover Jubilee fabrics from the Sunshine & Lollipops quilt to make this little bag using hexagons and pentagons and some quirky stitchery!

Young Love QUILT • This quilt is relatively simple, fresh and engaging – just like young love.

CHRISTMAS TREE EMBROIDERIES • All three little tree designs celebrate Christmas with the traditional colours of red, green and gold, but vary in the use of fabrics, stitches and design. The finished stitcheries can be used for cards or in frames.

GINGERBREAD STOCKING • The tradition of gingerbread men dates back to the 16th century. Here, we share a very modern take on this delightful icon.

RAGGED ROCKS • Michelle Bardwell turns rags into riches in a wild and wonderful way. First, she says, you need the shirts off your back (T-shirts, that is, and plenty of them). Then it’s pretty much a matter of patience and perseverance. But check out the riotous results!

PHAT FLAT PINNIE • This pretty pincushion works double duty, holding your pins and giving you a flat edge to slip on clips so they’re always handy!
