It was left uncovered to fade away, at least that’s what some thought. MINIATURES SHINE AT STATFOLD • David Reed reports that there was a great selection of miniature steamers at Statfold Barn Railway during their Road Rail and Ale weekend that was held in mid-September. There was a variety of exhibits to see at the event, with cars, commercials, tractors and of course full-sized traction engines to be seen, while in the bars a selection of guest ales were being served.
